FlexCoat™ Melton® Applicator Series by Valco Melton.

As part of Valco Melton's hot melt applicators collection, the Melton® FlexCoat Series utilizes an anodized aluminium body and hardened steel nozzle for resistant, long-lasting guns and a highly precise application.

Melton® MI II Speed Cut modules are used to achieve an improved repeatable application in high speed intermittent coatings up to 500m/min. Using the Melton® MP II Standard Cut modules ensures excellent cut-off in continuous applications. This all-in-one gun can help to minimize spare parts stock for overall savings.

The new FlexCoat™ Series also features a new adjustable nozzle to allow lamination in both directions; a cost-effective, time-saving mechanism that minimizes set-up and shim removal times. What's more, the FlexCoat™ Series is totally configurable, with no increment limitations for applicator width up to 1000mm.
