| Visitors will have the chance to see the latest in leading edge technology. On display will be the brand new MEX100 series extruder for continuous output and high volume applications. Suitable for use with adhesives such as APAO or EVA, the Melton® MEX100 is ready to meet any high melting demand customers might be in need of with the highest in reliability. Adhesive material stays solid until the application is made, minimizing adhesive charring and reducing the need for time-consuming, frequent cleaning. It is easily combined with metering pumps and applicators for multiple stream output. Valco Melton will also present the renewed Melton® MA adjustable coating gun series together with an innovative pattern control system that will undoubtedly represent a revolutionary new option for customers. The product selection will be completed with the well-known Melton® B42, V16 or VDRUM melters. Application consistency and accuracy has proved great success in the market. Valco Melton will also feature the MEB gun for edgebanding applications and the popular MP slot coating gun. |
