Side Seam Gumming

Valco Melton’s ultra-high-speed 500 Series valves offer repeatable precision gumming for your side-seam applications. We combine state-of-the-art electronically-controlled pumping systems and automatic gum pressure regulation to supply side-seam gum to valves with perfect consistency. Our central pumping systems can feed multiple machines from a convenient central location or, alternatively, can supply single machines from totes, drums, or pails. Machine-specific brackets ensure a timely system installation while also delivering continued performance. All envelope packages are controlled with proven, user-friendly control platforms.
