Valco Melton will occupy booth 620 at Tissue World Americas, Miami, FL – March 24-26, 2010. Display to feature glue systems for tissue reel transfer and core winding for fiber tubes and drums.

Tissue Tack & Reel Automatic Glue System

Valco Melton's Tissue Tack & Reel Glue System is used for tissue reel transfer and rethread. Licensed through Metso Paper, Tissue Business line, the system sprays adhesive onto the moving tissue, which creates a solid coverage of adhesive around the circumference of the roll. This eliminates need for manual edge trimming. The machine does not slow down and production rates are maintained. The Valco Melton Tissue World Americas display will include glue system components and a video of glue system operation.

Glue System for Core Winding Fiber Tubes and Drums

The Valco Melton core winding glue system offers faster production speeds with less waste for all sizes of single or multi-ply cores. The Valco Melton core winding display at Tissue World Americas will feature core winding glue system and video of glue system operation.
