For these applications, SmartDrum unloaders are ideal pre-melters to guarantee adequate melting capacity and SmartMelt Series melt units are excellent buffer tanks for thermal stabilization and consistent dosing control.

In order to guarantee the required tolerance in adhesive grammage distribution across the full coating width, we offer Akura PFL applicators that incorporate multiple adhesive inputs. For tape manufacturing processes requiring frequent format changes, Endurance Series applicators are more suitable owing to their automatic width adjustment system.
