Spot Glue Carton Forming of Corrugated Trays

Corrugated trays are a cost-effective solution for the transportation of fresh food  over wooden crates and baskets commonly used by the agriculture industry. The carton forming process varies depending on the tray forming machinery used on each packaging line. Regardless of this inconsistency, strength and consistency are achieved universally by gluing a tray’s flaps together with a durable adhesive, either hot melt or a combination of hot melt and cold glue.
