Valco Melton Stelvo Series offers heavy-duty, high-performance slot applicators designed for precise, continuous and high-speed intermittent coating applications. Engineered for durability, these systems feature the "Eagle Beak" die plate design for easy setup on any substrate and utilize a symmetric nozzle architecture that allows for installation in either web direction. With the ability to reach speeds of 500m/min and widths up to 1100 mm, the series integrates a "Poka-Yoke" positioning system to ensure perfect alignment and prevent mechanical errors during operation.

• Advanced Customization and Efficiency: The series can be configured with double-acting MI III modules for clean cut-offs at high speeds or MP II modules for continuous tasks, supported by a quick-change nozzle system that extends service life.
