For applications where Braille is required on the package, including pharmaceutical cartons, BrailleChek confirms that every carton leaving the line has correctly formed, correctly registered, and correctly decoded Braille.
How it works
BrailleChek reads Braille dots directly on the printed side of the carton as it moves through the folder gluer. The system decodes the Braille text and compares the result against the learned standard for the order, along with the dot dimensions and position. Cartons that do not match the standard are flagged for rejection.
