CodeChek is ClearVision's barcode inspection system. It detects and reads every barcode on the line to eliminate the risk of product mix-up or unreadable codes. The system auto-recognizes codes and compares them against the standard you set for the job. CodeChek uses an area-scan camera with integrated lighting and can be mounted top-down or bottom-up to fit the line.
CodeChek catches two main defect types: mixed copy (the wrong code on the product) and unreadable codes. CodeChek can sound an alarm to alert operators or be programmed to mark defective product so it can be removed later. Detected defects are logged to the system's Job History so operators and quality teams have a record of what was flagged on every order.
