GlueChek is our vision-based adhesive inspection solution. As each glued box passes the camera, GlueChek images the box, ensures the glue pattern falls within tolerances, and flags any defects. The defect appears on the operator screen, the system triggers an alarm, the defective box is marked, and an image of the issue is saved.
Marked product can be be manually removed, and when GlueChek is paired with BundleChek, bundles containing flagged boxes can be ejected further down the line. Saved images build operator confidence in what the system caught, give maintenance the visual data to troubleshoot recurring issues, and back customer conversations with documented inspection records.
GlueChek+ Camera Inspection System
GlueChek+ analyzes water-based adhesive patterns with or without UV additives, providing high-resolution glue line images without the need for UV-fluorescing material in your adhesive. That removes both the adhesive cost premium and the compliance hurdle UV additives can create for food packaging.
Beyond gluing defects, GlueChek+ also flags issues with tab and panel length, skewing, folded flaps on multi-point gluers, printed marks, sheet width, and unwanted glue on the back side of the sheet.
