RegChek is ClearVision's print registration inspection system. Using high-speed imaging, RegChek captures an image of every box running through your flexo-folder-gluer. The system measures print variation against the desired value set at the start of the order run and flags any deviations for the team to address. RegChek can sound an alarm to alert operators or be programmed to mark defective boxes so they can be removed later.
Where box design allows, RegChek also detects color registration variations relative to the board edges and variations in slot depth caused by misfed boards. RegChek is built for box plants running flexo-folder-gluers that need to deliver high-quality graphics.
