BundleChek is the bundle rejection system that prevents defective box from leaving your line inside a finished bundle. ClearVision inspection products like GlueChek, FoldChek, and PrintChek identify defects on individual boxes upstream. BundleChek is what physically removes the affected bundles from the line, so bad boxes can be removed.
How it works
When an upstream Chek detects a defect on a box, a spray valve in the counter-ejector applies a fluorescent UV mark to the bottom box of the bundle containing that defect. The BundleChek camera, mounted downstream, scans every bundle for the mark. When a marked bundle is detected, the integrated ejector diverts the entire bundle off the conveyor. Operators can then locate the specific reject inside the bundle by finding the matching spray mark on the box itself.
