MCP-8I GLUING SYSTEM CONTROL, 4-CHANNEL WITH GLUING AND INSPECTION CAPABILITIES AND JAM PREVENTION FEATURE

Valco Melton’s new MCP-8i gluing/inspection pattern control features a full color display screen and easy-to-use graphical interface. The MCP-8i offers 4 channels of gluing, 3 channels for inspection sensor control and a dedicated eject channel for 24V kicker and spray valve marking system. The new integrated controller makes the MCP-8i ideal for complex gluing jobs. Additional features include multiple communication protocol for different parent machines, USB port for data backup, internal job storage (up to 16 GB), and remote access capabilities.
