Our solutions for in-line coating processes vary widely depending on each customer’s specific needs. A standard solution is a turnkey project with a ProCoat coating station that integrates into an existing printing line. This allows printers to quickly upgrade their lines by adding gluing capabilities.

By installing a ProCoat station, printers gain the flexibility required to work with a variety of adhesive grades, grammanges, and patterns. The ProCoat station also allows printers to easily switch between transparent applications, intermittent patterns, and patterns with adhesive reserves.
